Problem Statement

Nigeria lacks a clear intergenerational transition strategy. With insufficient leadership training and a weak educational sector, youth participation in economic and political activities is low. Existing policies are often incompatible with modern realities, and the rapid advancement of technology demands a citizenry comfortable with ICT. Despite the critical role youth can play in policymaking, Nigeria’s public service and political spheres remain dominated by older generations.
